Artist's Statement
"I like to work realistically as well as in the abstract/non-objective realm. Often I combine the two views in a single composition. I am excited about working in just about any venue that will carry my ideas through to the best of my abilities. I enjoy painting in acrylic, watercolor, gouache and on a variety of surfaces.

"Since childhood, I've been interested in symbols and using them in my work. I present my work in a personal and sometimes spiritual manner, though I try to be subtle about it. My work is very biographical and often based on my dreams and how they appear to me in my sleep. It's hard to pinpoint my style, and this doesn't bother or concern me. My art is an extension of my life, of the day I've had, of the stories I've heard."
